Booking terms
Booking is straightforward and completed in a few simple steps:
- You send us your booking request (preferred dates, number of guests, and a short message).
- We confirm availability and reply promptly.
- A rental agreement is sent to you for review.
- The booking is confirmed once the agreement has been signed and a 30% deposit has been received by bank transfer.
- The remaining balance is due prior to arrival, according to the schedule specified in the contract.
Response time
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 to 48 hours.
